I bought this for my youtube channel and the order was delivered from dtdc. The quality of the stands is good and it came with 8 Phillips 20w bulbs which get quite bright. the lights have little magenta shift but I can’t complain much. for budget buyers this is very good quality.
my order did not come with the diffuser clothes which was strange so I contacted the seller and he was very cordial and provided me with the diffuser clothes the very next day and responded to my message instantly which is commendable.
however, the softbox should have a secondary layer of diffuser to provide better control over harshness which is missing in this product so keep that in mind otherwise excellent for this price point.

They provide the best customer service. Also yes, one of the light got damaged(fuse was broken) it was my mistake as a customer though, I didn’t handle it properly. But when I called the customer care after 4 months of buying the product, they responded very genuinely and tried to resolve my problem at the best with a lot of patience. They told me the product has another fuse built inside it and to change it easily. The product quality is also very good. The stands are sturdy as well.
